We get enormous satisfaction out of helping families find the right house to make their home. But property owners — not tenants — are our clients and we’ll never forget that. You have our commitment that our care for your property will not only meet, but exceed any expectation you have. From our very first business meeting around the kitchen table to our first client meeting to today, our standard has been to turn away any client that seems more interested in making a quick buck than investing in the long-term value of their property. As we like to say, if you just want to make an easy dollar at the expense of your property’s value and tenants’ living standard, we’re not the property management team for you.

We’ve all heard horror stories of property owners losing potential tenants to their property manager’s own properties. We don’t currently own any rental properties of our own. If any of our partners ever purchase investment properties, we will disclose that to you. Regardless, dishonest and underhanded business practices will NEVER be tolerated at Integrity Home Associates.
